24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our physical office is open Monday
thru Friday 8:30am thru 5:30pm eastern time (holidays excluded), and to ensure we maintain our high service
standards we only accept internet orders at this time between the hours
of 8:30am and 4:30pm. We
will always respond to your telephone orders and inquiries, even after
hours.
2. Due to Internet communication not
being 100% reliable (as much as we would like it to be), we highly recommend that you CALL IN orders
that require IMMEDIATE SERVICE. We
wouldn’t want to miss your critical order that needs to be delivered
in an hour due to a glitch somewhere on the World Wide Web!
3. Although we'll use all the technology we can get our hands on
to dispatch and deliver your important jobs, we'll never allow that same
technology to isolate us from the lifeblood of this business - personal
contact with our customers.
